What is Escalate Every Week?
The hardest part of fitness is discipline. The discipline to your desire. The discipline to stay dedicated. You want to be better, but you just cannot find the time and effort to do it. And what's the same with you is the same with me. I experience the same feelings. Some days I don't feel like exercising at all. These struggles suck away my gains, but, more importantly, my precious time. So I've decided to face them head on. Enter "Escalate Every Week".
Every week I will look back on the previous one to see anything I didn't like fitness-wise (which is a lot of stuff). Then I will proceed to find a suitable goal for the next week. Something to do for seven consecutive days. Like doing a certain exercise. Or staying away from a certain food. Or dedicating a set amount of time to perfecting a certain move. Every week will be building on the previous one. I will be escalating every week.
Hopefully, this personal project of mine will continue for a long long time. But this is not only for me. What about you? You don't have to do exactly what I'm doing. You may be weaker or stronger than I am. But do you dream of achieving your goals?

Update: Though escalate every week is oriented toward fitness, sometimes I will use it for other areas in my life such as writing, story, or my Christian life.
